CANDIDATE
The professional will have some responsibilities. this includes:
- Oversee all site operations, including cost, schedule, quality, health, safety, and environmental performance;
- Monitor installation and commissioning activities to ensure technical performance, quality, HSE compliance, budget adherence, and timely delivery, implementing corrective actions when needed;
- Represent and safeguard the company’s interests on site in all operational matters & act as the main project representative at the site location;
- Plan and manage site mobilization and demobilization activities;
- Lead and coordinate Installation Supervisors and all other site personnel;
- Document deviations that may result in claims or cost compensation and report them promptly to the Project Manager;
- Prepare non-conformance reports, support resolution of site issues, and ensure timely escalation to the Project Manager;
- Organize regular site meetings, document meeting minutes, and provide clear progress updates to the Project Manager,
- Manage and coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, and external site personnel;
- Drive strong health, safety, and environmental practices across all site activities;
- Coordinate site logistics & procurement of site materials and services in partnership with the purchasing team;
- Coordinate effectively with the home office, customers, and subcontractors throughout project execution.
PROFILE
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Eletrical Engineering;
- AT least 5 years of experience in mechanical or eletrical construction sites;
- Proficiency in English writen and spoken;
- Strong Knowledge of Microsoft 365, MS Project and Primavera;
- Willingness to travel internationally and work on project sites worldwide.
