IT House is recruiting a Project Manager to strengthen the team at a leading client in Lisbon
Main Responsabilities:
- Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of IT projects from initiation to completion
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to meet defined objectives
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project success
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including milestones, tasks, and dependencies
- Facilitate effective communication and coordination among project stakeholders
- Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to project sponsors and stakeholders
Profile:
- Strong experience in project management (including methodologies and best practices)
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to changing requirements
- Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Strong local governance and coordination capabilities
- Expertise in stakeholder management (particularly with onsite teams, HPE, NetOps, and Workplace)
- Ability to coordinate site access and logistics (e.g., site surveys, vendor visits)
- Experience in on-site operational project execution
- Hands-on involvement in hardware delivery and follow-up activities
- Understanding of local constraints and operational realities specific to the Lisbon IDB environment
- Proven track record of successfully delivering IT projects within the insurance industry
- Proficiency in project management tools and software
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
