IT House is looking for a Business Analyst Lead Expert for a client in the insurance sector.
Responsibilities
- Implement and support integrations using REST, SOAP, and GraphQL protocols and standards;
- Develop, publish, secure, and manage APIs using API management platforms;
- Design and implement ETL/ELT processes and data transformation workflows;
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for integration deployments;
- Ensure integration solutions comply with GDPR, data minimization principles, and other applicable regulatory requirements;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze integration requirements, troubleshoot issues, and optimize system performance;
- Communicate effectively with international stakeholders in both Portuguese and English.
Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field;
- 3–7 years of professional experience in Integration Engineering or a similar role;
- Hands-on experience with integration platforms such as Informatica, MuleSoft, or Talend;
- Strong knowledge of integration protocols and standards, including REST, SOAP, and GraphQL;
- Experience with API Management platforms and API lifecycle management;
- Solid understanding of ETL/ELT processes and data transformation patterns;
- Good understanding of GDPR, data minimization principles, and regulatory compliance requirements;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams;
- Professional proficiency in both Portuguese and English.
