CANDIDATE
The professional to be recruited will be responsible for:
- 
Leading the monthly financial close process, ensuring timely and accurate reporting across systems; 
- 
Compiling and submitting departmental Balance Sheet and P&L reports to global platforms; 
- 
Advising the business on accounting issues and special transactions; 
- 
Maintaining strong communication with internal and external stakeholders  including management, headquarters, auditors, and cross-functional teams; 
- 
Supporting the implementation of new accounting standards and business regulations; 
- 
Performing and improving internal controls to ensure compliance and transparency; 
- 
Contributing to special projects such as M&A transactions and regulatory changes; 
- 
Actively participating in cross-functional initiatives, including digitalization efforts within accounting. 
Digital Skills & Innovation
- 
Promoting the use and migration to the latest SAP FI version and other digital tools to optimize accounting workflows; 
- 
Applying advanced Excel and data analytics to improve reporting accuracy and efficiency; 
- 
Embracing automation, data visualization, and collaboration platforms to enhance transparency and decision-making; 
- 
Remaining proactive and curious about emerging technologies in finance and accounting. 
PROFILE
- 
Degree in Business Administration, Accounting & Finance, or a related field; 
- 
Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in Accounting, Assurance, or similar roles; 
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and closing procedures;
- 
Fluency in English (mandatory); 
- 
Knowledge of SAP and advanced Excel.
