Our client is a Big 4, currently looking to integrate a Senior M&A Experienced Consultant with proven experience in executing M&A transactions, particularly in the renewable energy and infrastructure sectors.
CANDIDATE
The selected candidate will be responsible for:

Managing M&A processes from the beginning through to execution and closing;

Leading financial modeling and valuation for renewable and infrastructure assets;

Supporting negotiations and preparing transaction documentation (e.g., teasers, info memos, financial models);
- Evaluating investment opportunities and advising clients on transaction strategy and structuring;
- Coordinating with legal, technical, and commercial advisors throughout the transaction lifecycle;

Presenting complex findings in a clear, concise manner to internal stakeholders and clients;

Contributing to the origination of new mandates and maintaining strong client relationships;

Collaborating with cross-functional teams across geographies on multi-stakeholder deals.
PROFILE

Masters degree in Management, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related field;

3 to 5 years of practical experience in M&A, investment banking, infrastructure funds, advisory, or corporate development;
- Proven track record of closed deals, ideally 2+ years hands-on experience with completed M&A transactions;
- Strong technical understanding of renewable energy technologies (solar, wind, BESS, hydrogen, etc.) and commercial frameworks (PPAs, CfDs, merchant, capacity markets);

Advanced Excel financial modeling skills;

Exposure to debt structuring, including project finance, holdco debt, and hybrid instruments;

Fluency in English and Portuguese.
