OUR METHODS

Our service implies close involvement with both Clients and Employees, which normally includes the following Phases:

Identification of needs

According to the organisational framework and the Client’s needs, we carry out a detailed diagnosis of the requirements of the functions to be recruited, given that “each case is different”. We always consider the technical analysis and legal framework of the situation being analysed and our main aim is to achieve the objectives pre-defined by the Client and the requirements of the positions to be filled.

Recruitment and Selection

After obtaining the “Job-Description” profile of the position to be filled, we move on the phase of identifying and selecting Applicants based on our methods used when carrying out Interviews to Assess Behavioural and Professional Skills and Psychological Assessment Tests appropriate for the position being analysed. Our main aim is always to identify Applicants who are motivated and suited to the profile requested by the Client.

Administration and Management of Human Resources

Within the scope of a policy entailing close involvement with both Clients and Employees, EGOR – Temporary Employment has specialised Human Resources who accompany “on site” all processes and procedures inherent to this contracting regime. For this purpose, we have a Human Resources and Legal Department, comprised of a group of specialised Technicians who provide constant support for the different requests that arise every day. We base our action on strict timeliness, absolute respect for the law in force and permanent support for our employees.

Our actions cover the following points:

Drafting employment contracts and temporary employment use contracts;

Management of Payment of temporary employees through presentation of an hour sheet;

Administrative management of contracts (e.g.: Social Security, Individual Tax Payment, etc…);

Accompaniment of the activities of temporary employees: control of absenteeism, punctuality, temporary/permanent replacement of the employee, etc.;

Management of employees’ monthly hour sheets.
