We establish with Applicants and Employees a confidence relationship, based on strict compliance with the Law in force, thus guaranteeing that they benefit from the same rights and obligations as the rest of the employees of the Using Company. It is also EGOR’s policy to pay in full all compulsory social contributions and guarantee that the wages are paid to Employees within the stipulated periods. These then are the ethical standards by which we rule our actions.
Our Applicants and Employees know that they can refer to a group of specialised technicians who always try to help to identify offers of employment best suited to their motivations and expectation and that they can find at EGOR replies to doubts regarding their obligations and rights as Temporary Employees.
